Manager, Multi-Site Facilities

Remote Full-time
Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality oversight and direction of operational activities such as building and equipment maintenance and cleanroom operations. Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve complex, ambiguous problems with a focus on timely solutions. Collaboration with GWS Engineering and Lab Operations teams is essential for planning equipment maintenance, upgrades, and replacements. The Facilities Services Manager will lead the following programs: Mechanical Workgroup Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Green Teams Site Incident Prevention Planning (SIPP) Safety Incident Reviews and Initiatives Daily Operations Meetings Business Continuity Planning ISO 9001 and 14001 Programs and Audits FM Global Relationship Management Capital Planning and Project Management Ensure cleanroom conditions meet ISO standards for temperature, humidity, and particulate levels. Participate in design reviews for facilities infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring operational support and accessibility post-completion. Identify and document opportunities to reduce operating costs, enhance system integrity, and improve resiliency and uptime. Manage quarterly and annual budgeting processes, including forecasting and accruals. Oversee soft services including janitorial, copy center, mailroom, landscaping, cleanroom supplies, and garments. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience. Minimum of 10 years in Facilities Maintenance and Operations in a semiconductory environment. Proven ability to manage complex facilities infrastructure: Cleanroom operations experience preferred; R&D lab support experience is a plus. Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), PLC-based controls, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal customers and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tririga, Bluebeam, and SAP.
