About the position The Medicaid Management Systems Implementation Leader at Conduent is responsible for leading large-scale Medicaid Management Systems implementation projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive project management experience to ensure project success from start to finish. The leader will act as the escalation point for issues and risks, driving efficiency and operational excellence while delivering value to clients. Responsibilities • Leading large Medicaid Management Systems implementation projects, ensuring success throughout the entire lifecycle. • Acting as an escalation point for all project-related issues and risks while managing financial aspects during the implementation period. • Managing and overseeing a team of Project Managers, ensuring contract implementation is completed efficiently and in compliance with obligations. • Driving project planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation readiness, and reporting. • Championing opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. • Holding self and the project team accountable for achieving valued business outcomes. • Overseeing execution and value delivery through highly matrixed teams. Requirements • Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in an account management or client representative role. • Show recent experience working on at least one SNAP and TANF eligibility determination DDI project. • Exhibit at least seven (7) years of experience leading and successfully completing large implementations, including developing project schedules, managing team resources, and creating work breakdown structures. • Demonstrate proficiency in program management software and productivity tools, including MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. • Hold a bachelor's degree. • Possess a PMP or equivalent certification.
