Job purpose: We are looking for a Mid-Level Salesforce Admin with proven expertise in Salesforce CMS and CRM. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in managing advanced Salesforce configurations, optimizing security, and designing intuitive user experiences. This role requires independence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on complex projects. Job details: • Location: 100% remote (open to candidates in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala) • Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard office hours based on local time zone • Job Type: Full-time contractor position • Language Proficiency: Spanish advanced and B2+ English level (reading, writing, and speaking) • Availability: Immediate availability preferred Key Responsibilities: • Build, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet business-specific needs. • Set up, manage, and deactivate users, ensuring appropriate access levels and security permissions. • Design, create, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track KPIs. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through regular maintenance and data cleansing practices. • Customize fields, layouts, workflows, and Lightning pages to align with business processes and user requirements. • Monitor, test, and implement new Salesforce releases and features, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technical solutions, and implement improvements. Required academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Required skills and experience: • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM role. • Active certifications in Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or Sales Cloud. • Proven track record in administering and maintaining Salesforce systems in a professional environment. • Experience performing Salesforce upgrades, integrations, and feature rollouts. • Strong ability to manage Salesforce databases with a focus on data integrity and compliance. • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, functionalities, and configuration best practices. • Skilled in managing Salesforce security and sharing settings, including role hierarchies. • Expertise in designing and managing reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels. • Ability to train users, create training materials, and drive adoption of Salesforce tools. • Previous experience in nearshore or digital agency environments. Nice to have: • Experience with Salesforce performance optimization. • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or other role-specific credentials. • Familiarity with other CRM platforms or integration tools.
