Omni-Channel Listing Specialist Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Omni-Channel Listing Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience creating high-quality listings tailored to the requirements and best practices of each marketplace, ensuring maximum visibility, accuracy, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across at least two of the following platforms: Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, TikTok Shop, Shein, Temu. • Implement effective listing strategies tailored to each channel's algorithm, guidelines, and content standards. • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize discoverability and listing performance. • Ensure all product informationtitles, descriptions, images, attributes, videos, and pricingis accurate, compelling, and aligned with channel requirements. • Monitor listing performance, identify issues (suppression, compliance flags, listing errors), and execute timely fixes. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and catalog teams to improve content quality and maintain brand consistency across platforms. • Track and report on listing metrics, conversion rates, impressions, and ranking changes. • Stay updated on platform changes, new marketplace features, and evolving listing optimization best practices.
