What We’re Hiring For We are seeking experienced consultants and facilitators who thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll partner with executive clients across sectors — from government and healthcare to financial services and commercial industries — to deliver high-caliber consulting engagements that help organizations navigate complexity and drive lasting change. We're especially interested in professionals with a background in firms like Accenture, Mercer, Korn Ferry, Deloitte, or similar — and a proven record of success leading implementation in the real world. Experience with state and federal government, financial services, insurance, healthcare is desired.
