Your Responsibilities • Promote brand awareness by offering additional products and services to meet customer needs • Promote the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct through demonstrated individual performance • Experience upselling/increasing customer benefits/rebuttal/save the sale/conversion metrics • Ability to proactively address customer needs in a timely manner • Maturity and a hunger for success required • Ability adapt and adjust to change in a positive manner • Competitive attitude and drive for results while showing motivation and a demonstrated passion for the brand • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or other management • Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environment • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to including, but not limited to Security, HR, Operations, etc., and that any known infractions are communicated to the proper management immediately We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 6 months of Sales / Customer service experience. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred. • College degree preferred but not required. • Excellent attendance history is required. • Must pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, drug testing, and a credit check.
