Outside Sales Account Executive

OEC Group is a leading NVOCC freight forwarding company established in 1981. They are seeking a B2B outside sales professional to build customer relationships and provide solutions in the logistics industry. Responsibilities Perform daily telemarketing/email marketing to build credibility as a logistics expert/consultant Use CRM system daily for data entry Establish and maintain rapport with targeted leads Probe and discover perspective's client's needs Offer customized solution based on strategic need of client's business Close the sales Provide detailed and organized notes on the client Meet minimum number of prospects in sales/marketing Pipeline Attend minimum number of in person visits per quarter that may require overnight stays Achieve minimum gross profit goals Skills B2B outside sales professional with an ambitious, competitive and motivated personality who is interested in making long-lasting customer relationships Excellent people skills, a result-driven self-starter who is an active listener, creative problem solver who is a solution-oriented sales professional Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus! 1+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience Reliable transportation at the time of hire Knowledge of Microsoft Office Geography and global economy knowledge International or domestic freight forwarding experience is a plus Benefits Full Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision) Life and AD&D Coverage Retirement plan Vacation/Personal/Floating Days Monthly car allowance Company expense account (take your clients to lunch!)
