Key Responsibilities As an Overnight Part-Time Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting customers to maintain the highest level of customer service. Operating point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately. Driving customer loyalty program participation, including sign-ups and rewards processing. Participating in freight flow processes, including truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery. Maintaining the appearance of our stores' interior and exterior to company standards. Performing daily front-end maintenance, including check stand cleanliness and replenishment of merchandise. Completing other tasks as assigned by Store Leadership, such as cart retrieval and safety-related tasks. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: To be at least 16 years of age. Strong customer service and communication skills. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience (preferred). Previous experience operating a cash register (preferred). The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds. Basic English literacy and math skills.
