Part-Time Global Payroll Specialist - REMOTE-4 DAYS A WEEK.FRIDAYS OFF

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Global Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting our global payroll operations across various countries. You will be responsible for a range of administrative and technical tasks to ensure our payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • System Administration: Handle new user setup requests for our CRM/GV (Customer Relationship Management/Global View) systems. This includes creating new user profiles and managing password resets or other access issues that arise. • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Collaborate with the team to develop an all-inclusive catalog of SLAs based on various Statements of Work (SOWs) provided. You will help define and document the standards for our payroll services. • Access Management: Conduct regular global reviews of user access to our systems, complementing the reviews performed by country managers. Your goal is to ensure security and compliance across all user accounts. • Team Support: Provide direct assistance to other team members and Country Payroll Managers as needed. This could include helping with payroll calendars, standardizing work processes, or gathering information for internal or external audits. • Ad-Hoc Projects: Be prepared to take on additional tasks and projects as business needs evolve. Your flexibility and willingness to assist in various areas will be vital to the team's success. Qualifications • Previous experience in a payroll, HR, or administrative role, preferably with exposure to global operations. • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency with CRM, HRIS, or payroll software. Experience with Global View is a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
