Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is the hub of our customer support operations, where our dedicated team of professionals provides exceptional service to our customers. **The Role** As a Part-time Nights/Weekends Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through inbound and outbound support. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional service to our customers.
