We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Consultant to deliver strategic improvements toWebflow’s paid acquisition engine by increasing the scale of acquisition through multiple paid channels while increasing efficiency and spend. This role is structured as a short-term, temporary and project based independent contractor engagement, not as an employment relationship. At Webflow, we value design excellence and craftsmanship and as an independent contractor, you will be instrumental in advancing our high standards across various touchpoints. Responsibilities • Support campaign setup, daily management and budget pacing to ensure efficient spend and strong performance • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across key channels including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and other digital platforms • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights and actionable recommendations • Assist in building and maintaining campaign reporting dashboards in tools such as Google sheets, Tableau or similar • Collaborate with the growth team to execute A/B tests and channel experiments that improve conversion and ROI. • Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad assets for improved engagement and click-through rates Requirements • 5+ years performance marketing experience, deep hands-on expertise in paid social, preferably high growth B2B or SaaS. • Ability to analyze campaign data, extract insights and refine campaign strategies • Basic understanding of landing page optimization, A/B testing, and funnel performance metrics • Knowledge of attribution models and analytical tools such as Tableau, Amplitude and Segment • Practical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Python.
