The ideal candidates will be responsible for various tasks of making and packing our product, skyr yogurt, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role is essential to the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. Duties Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow. Assist in the setup and teardown of production lines as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Qualifications Previous factory or warehouse experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly line operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
