Job Summary Belden is seeking an Executive Assistant with project & event coordination background to support the Vice President, Project Bridge IT and the Vice President, Project Bridge Business in delivering on Belden's complex, global, multi-year project (Project Bridge) to adopt and implement a single Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system called SAP S/4. This role combines executive support, event planning, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes across Belden's ERP transformation journey. You will make an impact in the following ways: Executive & Operational Support • Provide proactive administrative and logistical support to two Vice Presidents, including complex Outlook calendar management, multi-leader scheduling, shared mailbox/calendar administration, travel coordination, and expense management. • Serve as a primary point of contact for executive communications, managing correspondence with professionalism, discretion, and timeliness. • Develop executive-level presentations for board, customer engagements, and internal communications, translating complex information into clear, compelling content aligned with Belden brand standards. • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Project Bridge Coordination • Support planning, coordination, and tracking of Project Bridge initiatives, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution. • Assist with project documentation, meeting facilitation, action tracking, and team communications. • Maintain a master calendar of Project Bridge activities, dependencies, leadership meetings, and key milestones. Communication, Alignment & Events • Act as a central coordination point between Project Bridge leadership and cross-functional teams. • Draft and coordinate internal communications, executive updates, and presentations to ensure clarity and alignment on digital priorities. • Plan and support leadership meetings, large events, and business reviews, capturing decisions, risks, and follow-up actions. • Partner with Executive Assistants supporting the Senior Leadership Team to ensure seamless execution of leadership meetings and events, including backup support as needed. Process & Performance Management • Support development and maintenance of digital scorecards, KPIs, and executive dashboards to track transformation progress. • Coordinate monthly and quarterly business reviews with executive leadership. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance collaboration effectiveness. What you will bring: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred • 5+ years of progressive experience as executive assistant, with emphasis on project coordination and event planning. • Demonstrated expertise in complex calendar management, including Outlook, shared mailboxes, and multi-executive coordination. • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed, technology-enabled environment. • Manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and PowerPoint; strong presentation development skills required. • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint); familiarity with Power BI or KPI tracking tools is a plus. • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills with executive-level polish. • High level of professionalism, discretion, accountability, and adaptability. • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% as needed. Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $58,000-$87,700 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
