Remote Freelance M&A / Private Equity / Corporate Development Professional

The project runs for approximately three months with potential extension, starts immediately, is fully remote, and requires part-time availability with the ability to scale up during more intense deal periods. Companies use Fintalent to access vetted independent professionals from investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting and corporate development. The platform enables fast and flexible resourcing for transactions and strategic initiatives while giving professionals access to high-quality international engagements. The client is an international company in the education and services sector. The Corporate Development team is managing several live transactions and requires additional execution support in a lean and fast-paced setup. The interim consultant will work closely with senior leadership on active transactions and pipeline development. Responsibilities include: • Financial analysis and modeling • Preparation of deal and investment materials • Coordination of due diligence workstreams • Communication with internal stakeholders and external advisors • Early-stage assessments and research on potential targets • Professional representation of the client in discussions with counterparties The ideal candidate brings: • 3 to 8 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Private Equity or investment banking • Strong modeling and transaction execution capabilities • Experience managing diligence processes • Clear communication skills and professional presence • Ability to work independently with limited oversight • Experience in regulated or service-oriented sectors is helpful but not required Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
