[Remote] Paid Media Manager, Influencer & Affiliate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Headspace is seeking a dynamic Paid Media Manager with expertise in influencer and affiliate marketing to join their performance marketing team. This role will focus on driving performance, managing partnerships, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. Responsibilities • Identify and review potential influencer and creator partners across key platforms • Review content and provide actionable feedback to ensure brand alignment • Lead testing & ideation for upcoming influencer campaigns • Track, analyze, and report on weekly influencer performance to leadership and cross functional partners • Manage influencer budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and optimizing strategy based on performance • Generate tracking codes and links for campaigns • Conduct competitive reviews to benchmark and optimize strategy • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and influencer agency • Review and approve new affiliate partner opportunities • Manage day-to-day affiliate approvals and communications • Oversee performance reporting and campaign measurement, iterating off of insights • Track, analyze, and report on weekly affiliate performance to leadership and cross functional partners • Issue and manage affiliate tracking codes • Handle voucher code reversals and compliance monitoring • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and affiliate agency Skills • 5+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and affiliate programs and hitting DR targets • Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage & optimize spend against pre-existing budgets and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication and relationship-building skills including the ability to effectively secure talent and manage external agencies • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Mobile app / subscription experience is strongly preferred but not required • Passion for the mental health & mindfulness space Benefits • Equity • Comprehensive healthcare coverage • Monthly wellness stipend • Retirement savings match • Lifetime Headspace membership • Generous parental leave Company Overview • Headspace is a mental health company offering AI companionship, coaching, therapy, psychiatry, and mindfulness tools for everyday support.
