Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update comprehensive physician records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Facilitate seamless onboarding of new physicians, managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient panel maintenance. • Negotiate contract terms and costs within established parameters, driving business growth and revenue expansion. • Recruit and oversee physicians in targeted regions, focusing on specialized needs such as Independent Medical Examination (IME) services. • Address licensing and certification requirements for physicians, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. • Source and fulfill urgent service requests, providing daily updates on progress and ensuring exceptional customer service. • Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as required, driving business innovation and growth.
