[Remote] Ralph Lauren Art Director, Home

Ralph Lauren Corporation is a global leader in premium lifestyle products, and they are seeking an Art Director for Home to join their in-house advertising agency. The role involves collaborating with various teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with the Ralph Lauren brand across multiple platforms. Responsibilities • Collaborate with VP brand creative, project managers and other cross functional departments to create a range of brand content and campaign deliverables • Confidently lead the development and delivery of 360 content campaigns across multiple touch points • Work with Creative Leadership to refine concept presentation documents, including but not limited to photo and video direction, graphic design, and third-party creative collaboration • Confidently lead a high volume of photo and video productions, interacting with internal and external partners with clarity and professionalism • Lead on set production • Follow through with content post-production across dynamic deliverables • Manage retouching to a high standard and taste level • Ensure that all projects are within deadlines and budget constraints • Develop consistent visual voice across all materials • Strong photo research and editing ability for utilizing internal archive and outside resources Skills • Professional art direction experience, preferably including involvement in luxury Home advertising • Deep experience commissioning and working with photography - from initial concept references to final execution • Strong interest in the Home décor industry. Sophisticated grasp of elements of home style: architecture, authenticity, regional flavor, etc • Competence working with video - from developing treatments to working with DPs, directors, editors and motion designers • Strong Photoshop, InDesign and Keynote skills; working knowledge of other current design applications such as Capture One • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills • Excellent understanding of typography • Significant experience guiding post-production flow with retouching team - image mark ups, color accuracy, sensitivity to image mood & emotional impact • Strong attention to detail • Strong time management and ability to multitask • Adaptive design eye and skill • Interested in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment • Experience in fashion is a plus • Some experience with Ai (Illustrator) and Premiere and After Effects Company Overview • BoF Careers connects professionals in fashion, beauty and luxury to The Business of Fashion's global marketplace of over 2,000 opportunities.
