This role will be responsible for building and managing strategic channel partnerships, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise sales, strong knowledge of GRC solutions, and proven success in channel development and leadership. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership • Define and execute the overall sales channel strategy for GRC solutions in the USA. • Develop and implement go-to-market plans aligned with corporate objectives. • Identify new market opportunities and expand channel presence. Channel Development • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and system integrators. • Negotiate and establish partnership agreements to maximize revenue growth. • Provide enablement programs, training, and support to partners to ensure success. Sales Execution • Drive sales performance through channel partners to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver value propositions. • Monitor pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on sales performance. Market Engagement • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums. • Stay updated on GRC industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. • Provide market feedback to product and strategy teams to influence roadmap decisions. Team Collaboration • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer success. • Mentor and guide junior sales staff or partner account managers. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
