As a Seasonal Fulfillment Associate, you'll be an integral part of our team, helping us drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a seamless store operation. Key Responsibilities Lead by example and support store management in maintaining operational excellence and store profitability. Drive sales through customer engagement, product knowledge, and expertise. Communicate effectively with customers about promotions, offers, and loyalty programs. Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to safety standards and training. Demonstrate excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and teamwork skills. Process incoming and outgoing packages efficiently, including customer curbside pick-up orders and online orders. Maintain awareness of loss prevention, security, and safety guidelines. What You'll Bring to the Table Essential Qualifications Good reading, written, and verbal language skills (English). Basic math skills and good communication abilities. Ability to lift and/or move up to 65lbs, with team assistance for heavier products. Availability to work on weekends, including the weekend after Thanksgiving and days surrounding Christmas. Part-time availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in stock, distribution, or retail environments.
