Are you passionate about building the future of AI-powered products?We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI services for global enterprise clients. In this role, you will shape the roadmap for innovative solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Chain-of-Thought reasoning, and agentic AI systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to rapidly deliver Proof of Value (PoV) engagements, transform them into scalable AI services, and drive meaningful impact for enterprises across industries. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for AI services. Lead rapid client-facing PoV engagements (3–4 weeks) to demonstrate tangible business value. Translate complex AI concepts into clear requirements, user stories, and product features. Manage product delivery for enterprise-scale AI platforms, ensuring scalability, compliance, and security. Collaborate with engineering, research, and business teams to bring advanced AI capabilities to market. Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine positioning and identify new opportunities. Build and package product offerings, including SaaS models and professional services. Engage with diverse stakeholders, particularly in the Middle East, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally in AI, SaaS, or enterprise platforms. Hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, and AI-driven automation. Strong experience with cloud architecture, APIs, DevOps/MLOps, and SaaS productization. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical and business priorities. Strategic thinker with a track record of building roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies. Experience in fintech, payments, or enterprise automation is a plus.
