Talent Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) About the Talent Operations Coordinator Role As a member of 24 Seven’s Talent Operations team, this part-time role is responsible for managing the weekly timecard process for designated locations and clients. This includes importing, verifying, and resolving issues related to candidate timecards. The Talent Operations Coordinator works 24 hours per week, Monday through Wednesday, and reports to the Timecard Team Lead. This role is part of a small, specialized group within Talent Operations focused on timecard management and will collaborate closely with the broader Talent Operations team. Timecard Management • Download candidate timecards from client systems via Microsoft Excel and upload spreadsheets into 24 Seven’s internal time tracking system • Review timecards entered directly into 24 Seven’s internal time tracking system • Verify timecard accuracy and identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as needed • Resolve timecard system issues in partnership with internal teams • Follow up on missing timecards to ensure timely and accurate payment Candidate and Client Communication • Monitor inbound inquiries to the timecard email inbox during scheduled workdays • Respond to questions in a timely and professional manner • Communicate primarily via email or 24 Seven’s text messaging system Position Requirements • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail • Strong data entry and data validation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Strong written communication skills with an understanding of response urgency • Ability to identify issues requiring escalation and engage appropriate contacts • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Apply tot his job
