Test and Inspect Service Sales Representative

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is an industry-leading fire, life safety and security company. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell test & inspection and monitoring services, develop customer relationships, and increase sales through effective communication and service recommendations. Responsibilities Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems Provides periodic territory sales forecasts Perform other duties assigned by management Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR one year of sales / customer experience required Resilience and persistence with rejection Strong presentation & interpersonal skills Competitive, self-driven, thrives on achieving stretch goals Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Benefits Excellent pay Medical, dental, vision Company paid life insurance Company paid short-term disability 401K with employer match Paid vacation and company holidays Training and Career Development Company vehicle (if job applicable) Immediate qualification for the ALL In Ownership Plan for all eligible full-time employees Company Overview Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is a construction company providing sprinkler installation & inspections and industrial cleaning services.
