Trusts & Estates, Senior-Level Associate

Remote Full-time
Rubin Rudman seeking a senior-level associate to join our highly regarded Trusts & Estates practice. Renowned as one of the largest and most distinguished practices in Massachusetts, our Trusts & Estates group serves as a cornerstone of the firm’s reputation and continued success. The ideal candidate will bring at least seven (7) years of sophisticated experience in trusts and estates planning and administration, with a proven track record advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and their professional advisors on advanced, tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies. In this role, you will collaborate directly with our seasoned team of Trusts & Estates attorneys, contributing to and managing our comprehensive estate planning practice. We pride ourselves on a thoughtful approach, combining analytical precision, practical insights, and genuine compassion to assist families and businesses in retaining, growing, protecting, and effectively distributing their assets. Your responsibilities will include the drafting of complex and strategic estate planning documents, advising clients on asset protection techniques, business succession planning, and minimizing income, gift, and estate tax implications. Our practice encompasses an extensive range of services, including the establishment and administration of trusts, formation of limited partnerships and LLCs for asset protection, creation of Dynasty Trusts, sophisticated life insurance planning, charitable giving strategies involving various trusts and private foundations, and Massachusetts and federal taxable estate administrations. Additionally, we prepare “core” estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies and HIPAA Releases. Rubin Rudman offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Our firm culture emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurship, fostering a collegial and supportive environment where professional growth and work-life balance are highly valued. The firm’s expected salary range for this position is $165,000-$190,000. Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, internal equity and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
