Key Responsibilities Sales Generation and Customer Service Drive sales growth by providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Meet or exceed company objectives in individual statistics, including sales targets, customer satisfaction ratings, and visual merchandising standards. Participate in store maintenance per current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness. Expense Control and Inventory Management Protect company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies, ensuring the security and integrity of our products and equipment. Participate in managing store inventory , including processing shipments, resetting merchandise, and conducting accurate product counts. Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies , procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk. Assist with other duties as assigned , demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the success of our team. Requirements and Skills Essential Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent required; preference will be given to candidates with a strong educational background. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner. Ability to read and operate a computer , with basic knowledge of software applications and technology. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder, with willingness to work with hands overhead. Standing required for up to 100% of the time , with ability to move around the store and respond to customer needs. Preferred Qualifications Previous retail experience in sales, customer service, or inventory management. Basic knowledge of sales principles and visual merchandising techniques. Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
