In-House Counsel - Legal and Regulatory Affairs

Description The Counsel for Legal and Regulatory Affairs will be integral in conducting comprehensive research and providing legal guidance on matters affecting company dealer members. This includes areas such as automobile sales law, finance law, and vehicle advertising law, among other potential legal issues. You will advocate for company members at various regulatory agencies, including the Bureau of Automotive Repair, and assist company staff in monitoring new laws (state and federal case law, statutory changes, and regulatory changes) that impact franchised new car dealers.
