What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
• Provide excellent customer service with empathy and understanding
• Utilize computer skills for accurate data entry
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must reside in Irving, TX or surrounding areas
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
• Strong work attitude with a willingness to assist others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a medical call center is a plus
• Familiarity with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
