Young Risers, a leading education management company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and parents through online chat support. Responsibilities
? Assist students and parents in resolving technical issues related to our education management platform
? Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries through online chat
? Guide customers through the registration and enrollment process
? Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised during chat conversations
? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
? Proven experience in a customer service or support role
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
? Proficient in using chat support software and other communication tools
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
