Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Help Desk Specialist provides timely, responsive, and accurate support and problem resolution to the Firm's lawyers and staff. Responsibilities include receiving and logging calls, emails, and voicemails; troubleshooting end user incidents; fulfilling service requests; and providing proper escalation and follow-up on all issues. The Help Desk Specialist may be asked to provide documentation for problem solving measures on various applications. Training will be provided.
_Full-time position; voluntary remote - CANDIDATES MUST BE LCOATED NEAR the Cleveland, OH area.*_
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor?s degree with a major in computer technologies preferred. - Previous experience as help desk specialist or in an IT related support role preferred. - Demonstrate ability to perform in positions of responsibility, preferably in a legal environment. - Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and Windows 7/10 preferred. - Strong leadership, organizational, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. - Ability to listen, work directly with lawyers and staff, answer phones, document problems, and speak and write in terms easily understood. - Aptitude for learning new software products and applying troubleshooting skills to assist callers. - Able to work with minimal supervision as well as work in a team environment.
