What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
? Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
? Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a metrics-driven environment
? Adjust and manage appointments with members and providers as requested
? Report member complaints and escalations to management promptly

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
? High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented outbound call center environment
? Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with members
? Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously while making calls

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in an outbound call center or high-volume environment
? Familiarity with auto-dialer systems and scripted interactions
? Demonstrated persuasive skills with the ability to handle rebuttals effectively
? Friendliness and a conversational approach to client interactions
? Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
