• **Problem Resolution:** Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and refund requests. Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

• **Information Dissemination:** Educate customers on product features, promotions, and company policies. Ensure customers are informed about updates and changes that may affect their experience.

• **Data Management:** Accurately document customer interactions in our database, capturing relevant details to ensure continuity of service and tracking trends in customer feedback.

• **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other customer support representatives, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.

• **Feedback Loop:** Gather and report customer feedback and experiences to team leads, helping to identify areas for improvement in our customer service processes.

• **Continuous Learning:** Stay informed about Hershey?s products, services, and promotions. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
? *Requirements:**? Education & Experience:*
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer support or related role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ongoing education in relevant fields considered an asset.
? Technical Skills:*
• Proficient in computer usage and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications while engaging with customers in real time.
