Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. ? Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and follow instructions. ? Strong organizational and time management skills. ? Compassionate and patient demeanor. ? Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone. ? Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. ?
