    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in customer service management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
