This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience. The role requires working 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Job Description:

The Flight Services Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our passengers. You will be responsible for coordinating flight operations, assisting passengers, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Coordinate with flight crews and ground staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their journey.
• Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes to passengers and crew.
• Maintain compliance with safety and security regulations.

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use airline software systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in handling difficult situations and providing solutions is highly valued.
