Job Description

Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Interaction Specialist to join our team in Washington State. As a Customer Interaction Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with Amazon. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, providing product and service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities


• Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner


• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies


• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively


• Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)


• Additional certifications in customer service or related fields (preferred)

Experience

• Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)


• Experience in a call center environment (a plus)
