What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Monitor and manage service queues for Account Executives (AEs) to ensure timely support
? Participate in sales planning and customer interaction to drive profitable growth
? Produce and analyze customer-specific reports to maximize product utilization and improve service levels
? Prepare Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and track follow-up actions to enhance customer relations
? Identify at-risk customers and collaborate with AEs to implement retention strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma/GED or equivalent education and experience
? Minimum of three (3) years in a sales, sales support, or sales analysis role
? Strong experience with analytics and presentation preparation
? Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
? Experience in food service or distribution industry
? Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
? Previous experience with customer relationship management systems
