Job Description:

Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are... met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs. 2. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute on client requests, ensuring timely delivery of services. 4. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress and any potential issues. 5. Assist in the development of account strategies and plans to drive growth and retention. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or account management role. 2. Confident and reliable individual with strong communication skills. 3. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
