I am looking for an online specialist to manage various vacation rentals I own. There are not many but I find the sites and management of the tedious.

Beyond set up of the properties, vetting and booking and coordinating check in and out. I have local persons to do the on-site work.

Duties
? Set up credentials for properties on various sites and the online tools and software for data entry and tracking of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
? Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
? Coordinate property maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and service providers as necessary.
? Maintain accurate records related to property management activities, including legal administrative tasks and compliance with relevant laws.
? Support sales initiatives by promoting properties effectively to potential tenants.

Qualifications
? Proven experience in expertise in using and managing properties on AirBNB, VRBO and other sites.
? Knowledge of temporary professional housing sources
? Familiarity with property leasing processes and facilities management best practices.
? Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
? A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 ? 4 per week
