Job Description

The Airline Passenger Service Crew is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to passengers throughout their travel experience. This role includes assisting with check-in procedures, boarding processes, and addressing passenger inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers during the check-in process, including baggage check and ticketing.


• Provide information regarding flight schedules, gate information, and other relevant details.


• Ensure compliance with security regulations and assist in boarding procedures.


• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.


• Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the terminal and boarding areas.
