Job Description:

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor?s degree preferred ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications ? Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset ? Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment ? Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally ? Assist customers with product-related questions and concerns ? Process returns, refunds, and exchanges as necessary ? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records ? Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues ? Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery ? Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Educational Qualifications:

Experience:
