Job Description

Amazon is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Assistants. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have excellent time management skills, and be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
? Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
? Assist in managing Amazon seller accounts, including inventory management, order processing, and product listing optimization.
? Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product listings.
? Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.
? Maintain and update databases and customer records.
? Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as required.
? Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
? Provide general administrative support to the Amazon team.

Requirements
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
? Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
? Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
? High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.

Education & Experience
