Requirements:

• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Offer information about flight schedules, fares, and services
• Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling reservations
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Educational Qualifications:
