The Role:

? Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 6-8 restaurants, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
? Providing training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and teams to excel in their roles.
? Motivating and recognizing team members for exceptional customer service.
? Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives for business growth.
? Upholding our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:
? 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants.
? Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
? Exceptional team-building capability.
? Basic business math, accounting skills, and analytical decision-making.
? Basic personal computer literacy.
? Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development.
? Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.

Education/Certifications:
? College or University Degree preferred.
