Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively ? Attention to detail and accurate data interpretation ? High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred. ? Ability to Work under pressure. ? Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ? Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment. ? High level of professionalism and integrity. ? Experience in handling incoming and outgoing calls. ? Must be flexible with schedules.
