What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Facilitate patients' access into hospital and clinical systems
? Provide scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, and collection of payment for services
? Knowledge of third party payors
? Primary customer service contact
? Maintain confidential information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associates degree preferred
? Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Registration, Hospital Billing and Scheduling preferred
? Certified Healthcare Access Associate preferred
? Insurance verification experience
? Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
? Knowledge of Insurance billing practices
