As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred.


• Prior customer service experience is a must, preferably in a call center environment.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.


• A quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
