Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. ? Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction. ? Utilize analytics tools to track trends and provide feedback for improving processes. ? Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and services. Qualifications: ? 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. ? Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry. ? Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. ? Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with analytics tools is a plus. Preferred Skills: ? Experience working in a data-driven or analytics-focused environment. ?
