We?re looking for enthusiastic Jewelry Consultants and Customer Service Representatives who share our vision and passion. If you have luxury retail or jewelry experience and a desire to help couples find their perfect piece, we want to hear from you!

Wage: $17 - $21/hour, based on experience

Job Description:

Amouret provides a high-touch, white-glove virtual shopping experience for diamonds and fine jewelry. As a Chat Specialist, you?ll interact with customers across phone, email, and chat, delivering expert assistance with an emphasis on luxury service.

Responsibilities: ? Accurately and professionally communicate with customers through various channels to maintain the high-touch Amouret experience. ? Provide expert knowledge on diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry, promoting products that meet or exceed customer expectations. ? Assist with custom orders and offer personalized service tailored to each client's unique needs. ? Identify the root cause of inquiries and proactively offer solutions that exceed customer expectations. ? Handle complex customer service challenges with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications: ? Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or call centers. ? High School Diploma or GED required; GIA certification or willingness to pursue it is a plus. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening). ? Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. ? Luxury goods experience or fine jewelry knowledge is highly preferred. ? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating CRM software.
