Responsibilities

Requirements
?Proven experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
?Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
?Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
?Strong problem-solving skills and a patient demeanor.
?Familiarity with support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
?Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

PAY RATE : $22.76 - $28.99 Hourly
