Position Overview:

As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with our services. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, solving issues, and providing guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat ? Provide information regarding our tutoring services, scheduling, and payment processes ? Assist clients in troubleshooting issues with their accounts or online access ? Document client interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement ? Collaborate with various departments to resolve client concerns effectively ? Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling challenging situations

Qualifications: ? 1+ years of experience in customer service or client support role ? Bachelor's degree preferred ? Comfortable speaking on the phone and making calls ? Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools ? Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
