Job Description
Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Support Representative to join our team in California. As a Client Support Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities
– Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
– Resolve client issues and escalate as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
– Provide detailed information about Amazon’s products and services.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
– Collaborate with other departments to improve client experiences.
– Assist clients with troubleshooting and navigating our systems.
Requirements
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Customer service experience is a plus.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
– Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
– Associate? Degree or higher (preferred)
Experience
– Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
